    I have been wanting to get into the paleo diet but haven’t been really impressed with the recipes I’ve been finding so far. Your Complete Paleo Week has been the cookbook that got me started, and I haven’t looked back since. Each one of these recipes is super delicious and easy to make, something I didn’t think I’d be able to find with anything paleo. I’m in love with the cauliflower ones, they make eating vegetables fun and creative. This has been a life changer for me, and I’m going to say this book is the best one for getting into the diet or expanding your recipe catalog.

    One of the best paleo books on the market today! My family and I have been doing the paleo diet for several weeks now and absolutely love it, but the recipes can be boring after awhile. This book has unique combinations and puts a refreshing spin on how paleo can help you reap untold health benefits. I absolutely love the breakfast options and I’m able to pack super cool paleo lunches for my son without straying from the diet itself. I’m really impressed with the quality of the recipes and the fact there are so many all in one place. Highly recommended!
