    I got this book because I liked the title “You are what you eat” and it was really according to my expectations. Its simple and easy to follow with useful tips. Keeping a diary of poor health symptoms when you begin clean eating is a great way to track any symptoms that could be caused by your diet. Keep a close eye on how you feel as you begin clean eating and continue to monitor this as you get further into it, and you should notice that you feel much better overall. I recommend t his box set.
