    What can I say? My AIP soul-sister Angie Alt has been slaving away for the last year on her offering to the community, “The Alternative Autoimmune Cookbook”, and it is an incredible, unique, and helpful resource for anyone embarking on this journey. It is beautifully self-published, ensuring that her voice rang true and that she was able to produce a resource that she knew the community needed. I’m so incredibly proud of her, and in the same vein, excited for you, because you get another great resource to help guide you along to better health!

    The biggest thing I’ll share about this book (other than that the recipes are fantastic), is that it deals with so much more than food.
