As we try to eat paleo, we had to getting rid of all the bad stuff from the refrigerator and the pantry. We weren’t too successful because we have a lot of Asian food stuffs. So we decided to have green, yellow and red zones in our pantry and refrigerator. At least we got our pantry organized, except for all our teas. It was a busy day!

Meat is a horrible source of protein, it is soaking with a pernicious form of iron called "heme iron" which can damage the human body and especially the liver.

Each piece of meat a man puts in his mouth is distending his belly, and giving him female hormones which is why so many meat-eaters grow flabby saggy chests and a woman’s paunch-type stomach. This is often seen in BBQ Barbequed meat eaters.

Meat eaters are often obese and with flabby male love-handles. This is due to eating meat. Vegetarians do not have this problem, and have more protein and muscle mass.

Mike Tyson is also a vegan. So is heavyweight UFC Fighter Frank Mir at just shy of 300 pounds of vegetarian muscle. Cal’s football 285 pound strongman linebacker is also vegetarian.

And the biggest bodybuilder in the world at 7 feet 3 inches tall and 435 pounds, is a vegetarian.

Whey protein powder is (lacto) vegetarian. Albumin or Egg protein shakes are also (ovo) vegetarian. Soy muscle protein is vegan. Knowledgeable bodybuilders already know to Avoid beef, steak, and red meat. Okay, so this isn’t that fat friend you invite to parties to make you look skinny. Fat friend referees more to the tasty fat that is pretty much good for your if you don’t over do it and can make any meal twice as good in a few chops and scoops. I find the best ways to make guacamole isn’t with a mix or with fresh ingredients. Nope, it’s with both. Be smart, if your food snobe buddies are coming over, make sure it’s all fresh. But if you want the best tasting guacamole you can get in 10 minutes, use a good organic power spice pack and then toss in your freshest onions, garlic and lime. It’ tried and tested.
