A funny thing happened in my house recently. A few months ago everyone in my family ate the same meals. It was easy to whip-up ever family meal we ate in a day because everyone had the same list of ingredients. Then, the funny thing happened. We all started educating ourselves on nutrition and where food really comes from and there were tears, questions, disgust and ultimately a new set of personal diets. I’ve gone pretty much Paleo for general health reasons while my wife and children have moved their culinary tents over to Vegetarian-ville for health and ethical reasons. Before you start rolling your eyes, this isn’t going to turn into a food-fight of ethics and nutrition. This is about a substantial change in the way food is produced from our kitchen which also means a substantial change at the dinner table. Typically I’d do 80% – if not more – of the cooking while my wife and kids stayed alive on nachos and various dairy products while I was away working. But now we have about half as many cross-over ingredients that are universal throughout the family.

If you step back a few months prior to that, our entire family went gluten free after my son was diagnosed with Celiac disease. So now we have an entirely gluten free family, a wife and two boys that have gone vegetarian and me, the meat-eater who has cut beans and all grains. Needless to say, we don’t get invited over for dinner very much anymore. Nobody knows how to feed us at this point.

So I tell you all of this to tell you the awesome part. Shaking-up the diet is something everyone should do. I liken it to a committed relationship – which food and I have always had – where keeping it fresh means removing everything you think you know and exploring new and interesting things. It can be painful at first but after a while it’s like rediscovering a passion you never saw coming! You’ll explore ingredients you’ve never had and some that have been there the entire time but never looked so good. Sort of like your wife getting a new LBD (little black dress, for you rookies) and F-me heels out at random. You know what I’m talking about.

Oh, the food. Well, the "meat for vegetarians" is a metaphor. Sure, you can use sweet potatoes as a substitute for steak or chicken in a salad, but it’s really a statement about thriving in a relationship where differences are celebrated every night at the same dinner table.

I think it’s 60x zoom. I can’t remember just now and the microscope attachment is at least 8 feet from my lazy ass right now. This is pretty much what I expected to see from a waaaaaaay close-up shot of cheese and I can almost taste the crystallites of it all. While some people ponder what superpower they’d have if they could pick only one or which celebs belong on their "no questions asked" list… I ponder the following. If I had to give up cheese, chocolate, or coffee which would it be? It’s a tough one really. Imagine that you said cheese and then you found yourself gazing into the seductive layers of a Tiramisu? They pain that would come over your body as you realized that this magical creation has cheese in it. But suppose for a moment that you had picked coffee. Again, with the pain and anger of knowing that there is in-fact coffee in tiramisu. OH the pain! Now imagine that you’d picked chocolate. BLASTED BUGGERING HELL. No wonder this is the best desert know to man. But here is where this story turns tragic. Imagine that you never had to give these awesome ingredients up and that you could eat them any day of the week only to find that the last magical ingredient is the one that does the real damage. Yep, you guessed it. Those damn little lady fingers full of the evil gluten! I can’t even think about it anymore.

If I were to make a list of things that I know for sure about grass-fed/grass-finished beef it would go like this:
1. It’s way more expensive
2. It tastes better
3. Cows live happier lives before becoming my dinner.

It’s the things that I’ve been told however that interest me the most about grass-fed/grass-finished beef. They are:
1. The balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats are almost exactly what the human animal should be ingesting.
2. Lean beef with in a Paleo diet is not only very satiating but it provides protein and good fats that our bodies can easily process for instant energy.

On top of this, I have a few questions though:
Q: Is searing the beef actually bad for you? I’ve read that it creates carcinogen, a cancer causing agent.

A:

Q: Is aged beef actually a bad thing, because the aging process exposes the beef to bacteria that thrive on dead animal flesh, and this is what makes the flavor so awesome?

Cavemen lived in caves so they were naturally very pale and sickly looking. Cavemen didn’t lift weights or build anything with stone blocks (otherwise we’d see it standing today). Grok the caveman would be tiny, pale, and thin in the hot regions from running after wild animals to try and hunt them (think of your image of the ‘muscles’ of a marathon endurance distance cross-country runner, small) and Grock the caveman wouldn’t be bulky otherwise he’d move too slow.

No, Grok the Caveman also had to be limber to run AWAY from wild carnivorous animals that smell him (Remember Paleo Diet doesn’t believe in showers — Cavemen didn’t have them!).

You must do like Grok the Caveman did, and eat what Cavemen ate. This may be why crossfit classes have what’s known as a ‘puke bucket’ in crossfit fitness gyms, because after eating paleo, and after the slightest exercise such as only ‘burpees’ you want to throw up. This is because the Paleo meat diet tastes so bad and wants to come back up.

Remember there are no showers after crossfit either, you do like the caveman, and cavemen didn’t have showers. No soap. The crossfit underarm bacteria smell would be part of ‘going paleo’ and never showering, even before work.

Meat from the Paleo Diet sits in your stomach and provide no energy to burn prior to your crossfit workout, unlike light carbs and grains which provide lots of cardio conditioning and energy for muscles and endurance, so this is why crossfitters frequently vomit up pieces of the Paleo Diet and then lay on the floor in exhaustion after a crossfit workout which is known as very ‘light’ (a pushup, some burpees) compared to a bodybuilder or a weightlifter who lifts big iron.

The Atkins Diet, in a recent review by health experts ranked nearly in last place. The Lowcarb Atkins diet ranked 19th out of all 20 diets. (The only one more debunked was the Paleo Diet which was found to be scientifically false by actual paleontologists).

Carbs have now been revealed as Good for you. Wheat is good for you, not bad for you. This was all a hoax by diet book authors to sell you things. Don’t believe it. For example, actual doctors found that eating whole wheat grain actually protects you from colon cancer. People who stop eating wheat fibre and grains had an increased risk of 20% higher chance of getting a cancer infected bowel. (Yes, it’s cancer up your rear end if you go Paleo or Lowcarb).

It was revealed that Paleo Diet authors were using an allergy that barely affects 1 out of 133 people, called celiac’s disease, which is genetic, not gained from eating gluten, in order to trick the masses into believing that no human was designed or evolved to eat grains. This is false. Paleo authors like Robb Wolfe, Loren Cordain, Gary Taubes, etc all used an allergy that only affects a tiny number of people, to dupe people into thinking everyone’s affected, you’re not.

Think of it this way, this exact same idea ‘proves’ that mankind ‘is not designed’ to eat fish and meat. Because as you may know, some people who eat seafood, shellfish, and even red meat, can go into what’s called ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK. That’s where their eyes, face, and throat swell up and they need to get to a hospital before they suffocate. Well, that means humans were not evolved to eat fish. Or meat. In fact, if anything, meat and seafood is worse because unlike wheat and grain, anaphylactic shock from eating meat can result in death! Celiac is just discomfort. Eating meat results in human death.

In any case, the anti-grain wheat-o-phobe paleos were found to have made up that story and made it believable using the celiac disease hoax in order to get less-educated people to believe it. Actual medical institutions reviewed this and found that it is precisely the kind of whole grain fiber in Wheat, and not in the paleo diet , which helped protect those who eat whole wheat, like vegetarians, from cancer. Anyone on Paleo and believing the grain hoax can end up with a doctor’s finger up your seat testing for rectal disease, then a sigmoidoscopy, followed by even an incision to remove a section of your colon, and perhaps wearing a colostomy bag on your side holding your expelled feces until you can reach a location to dump it. Fiber is needed in the diet to keep things moving smoothly out. Paleo is deficient in this nutrient. So are lowcarb diets such as South Beach Diet, Atkins, ProteinPower, The PerfectHealthDiet, and Lowcarb. In addition, the meat of these diets contains feminine hormones that effeminize men, meat contains sulphur compounds which make meat-eaters have horrible BO and bodily gas, meat is linked to throat cancer, and stops up your behind.

By the way, Robert Atkins is dead. Some say Killed by his own Atkins diet. Atkins claimed eating meat, fat, and a diet deficient in carbs was great for your heart, and you’d lose weight, but Atkins died, from hitting his head due to a possible stroke from high fat, and his autopsy record shows he weighed an immense 258 pounds at the time of death! (Hint: That’s obese) Diet doctor Obese. Put that one in the Quack files.

Oh, and Atkins Nutrition filed for bankruptcy. And now Atkins in light of medical evidence has changed their diet to "New Atkins" in which they are now recommending less fat, bacon, protein and meat.

Of course, vegetarians knew this all along. plants help protect against cancer, and increase athletes muscle endurance, athletic fitness, and this is yet another reason why…

Study now shows that Lowcarb High Meat diets are linked to Dementia. Eating an Atkins style diet of meat, bacon, steak, etc can result in becoming demented.

Steak and barbequed meats have now been traced to throat cancer, and cancer of the human butt. (Put "Meat Colorectal Caner" into google and look if you don’t believe it).

Ladies… An experiment was done about Body Odor, it turned out if your husband, or boyfriend, or your date is a big meat-eater, he’ll tend to have horrible wretched body odor. Women rated vegetarian men "more attractive" and had less putrid B.O. The reason is meat is acidic and contains Sulphurus compounds (think of Egg burps). In fact, if you thought the old myth about legumes (beans) leading to gas, that was found false too! It turns out that’s mainly meat-eaters as well!

What happens is, that you have different bacteria living in your gut. Meat eaters grow an offensive type of bacteria in their stomachs and intestines called Bacterioides. When you become a vegetarian, these offensive gut bacteria change and go away. Since decayed meat is not there to grow it. So after becoming a vegetarian your BO and smell changes for the better. And also, vegetarians now increase the proper enzymes and (good) bacteria that can properly digest all the baked beans you eat without the same level of smell or much more gas at all! In other words, vegetarians and vegans who eat beans don’t have any problem. It’s meat eaters who generate horrendous fart gasses that contain the horrible rotten egg sulphurus smells that make you cringe. Meat eaters blame the vegetables or vegans or the beans, but it’s really them.

You see, meat and steak comes from cows that have diseases. So livestock farmers also shoot these cattle up with Antibiotics. In fact, the meat industry is consuming a whopping 70%+ of the world’s pharmaceuticalgrade antibiotics! These are taken away from the resources that could be used to save and help human beings.

In other words, instead of medicines going to help children, or poor people, or humans, livestock farmers are using up 70% of the world’s supply of medicines and antibiotics that are going to inoculate cattle! Why? Because animals get sick! The cows that you’re eating are susceptible to being infected with disease. If you get organic meat, it can have diseases. Things like brucellosis, and scabies! This is what the livestock farmers don’t tell you. Your steak may have had scabies.

But when meat farmers doctor up your steak with antibiotics, that means YOU are now ingesting residues of tetracyclines, and other drugs left in the meat. And guess what. That KILLS your gut bacteria. It doesn’t just kill the bad bacteria, it doesn’t know the difference. It kills the good bacteria too. The kind you need for digestion.

Have you heard the word Pro Biotics? Know what that is? Good for you, right? Well that’s the OPPOSITE of an ANTI-BIOTIC. ProBiotics help bacteria. Antibiotics KILL bacteria. That’s what an anti-biotic does. So you’re out there buying foods that have Pro Biotics, then you come home and eat a piece of steak which has residues of pet-grade ANTI Biotics in it which just killed all your beneficial bacteria that you were trying to get. See the problem?

Well, those anti-biotics in steak and meat also kill the bacteria and destroy the enzymes you need to digest food. So a meat-eater is deficient, and lacking in the proper enzymes and good bacteria. A meat-eater’s gut is now destroyed, and then the meat sits there and putrifies inside a man’s (or womans) insides. And then you smell him in the bathroom. It’s horrible.

Vegetarians do not have this problem. Vegetarians have healthy pro biotic bacteria, that are not killed off, and enzymes that are intact. And can digest plants, legumes, tubers, beans and vegetables with no problem. Also vegetarians get more FIBER which meat is deficient in. So men who eat meat are better-smelling, and don’t stink up the rest room, have less problems with stuck constipation like beef eaters, and get less growths around a man’s underside like a barbeque-eating man will have.

Meat Eaters also have horrible bad breath. Lowcarb Atkins high protein dieters have it even worse. Lowcarb diets result in a condition called Ketosis, which is a lack of and deficiency in carbs which produces what are known as Ketone bodies in the mouths of Lowcarb Diet people. This is why their breath smells so bad. It’s like sour and rotted. Like something died in there when you wake up in bed and get a whiff. This is why women doing crossfit have such horrible brath and body odor. Crossfitters have horrible bad breath and B.O. because they often got duped by the now known debunked Paleo fad Diet, which has lots of bad meat and is deficient in fiber and carbs. So they exercise and their body gasses and milky sweat contains offensive ketone smells.

This is why crossfitters smell so bad and why they can’t seem to shower it off. It lingers like a gas cloud being secreted by their body all workday long. Not just during a workout. It’s coming from their bodily tissues because of what they ate.

Please make a note of it. Tell others. Girls and Women… now you know never to fall for getting duped into crossfit. And if you have a girlfriend doing it, or worse, your man…tell them to get out of it as soon as possible, or your bathrooms, car, house, and bed are going to smell horrible.
