I’ve been on a Paleo diet ever since I return from Chicago with my homies. The diet is all about cutting out the non-essentials and things that weren’t available from the Paleolithic age like dairy, grains, and beans.

There really wasn’t any real reason for starting up Paleo aside from my curiosity. It’s been going well since I’ve always preferred natural and unprocessed foods anyways. It has also reignited my love for cooking.

The only difficult thing so far is maintaining my weight. I’ve always had issues keeping my weight so I find myself constantly snacking off fruits and nuts.
