    What is Raw Food Diet? That was the biggest question on my mind when I saw this book. I wasn’t really sure this book is meant for me but for some reason it really got my attention. The important reason I can identify is I wanted to get several options especially when it comes to dieting. It has been a while since I have tried other dietary methods and yet I still wanted to explore all other possible options. I am not really an avid fan of raw food but when I checked out the guide and how they are prepared, I change my mind altogether. I did what I haven’t done before – I ate raw food. I felt really full at the end of every meal. After a week of this diet, I did not experience any indigestion or gastrointestinal problems. It must be because it helps to balance my pH level. There is so much to tell and share about this book. I would rather that you experience it for yourself. A must read!

    This book gave me all the information I need to get started in the raw food diet. As a typical working person, I really don’t have time to deprieve myself from eating burgers, pizza and other fastfoods. I am looking for a book that will give me more information to help me evaluate my options on whether to go on this diet plan. Thanks for this book is existing becaus all my worries are gone when I started reading this. I am no inspired to go on this raw food diet plan. This book tackles some of the topics that everyone would love including benefits of being on a raw food diet, all basics regarding raw food, what not to eat, how to prepare raw food, how to get started on a raw food diet; what to consider; planning strategies, precautions and many more.
