I’ve tried a lot of different protein powders over the past.4 years and this is by far the best tasting. No trouble digesting and its perfect for a bedtime protein shake. It mixes easily with water or milk. If you can’t stand the protein after taste at all I wouldn’t recommend the chocolate although any good protein will have some of that taste to it but its hardly noticeable with the strawberry.

Chocolate is good, Cookies & Cream even better. Love Phase8., February 8, 2014

Taste is awesome, especially with cold milk but also quite good with a cold bottle of water. I found the Chocolate at GNC, the taste was awesome and it did want to stay clumpy in a blender bottle but that doesn’t happen with the Cookies & Cream. The chocolate showed results tho. Could definitely tell I was getting plenty of benefit from it. My job keeps me moving all day so I think the 8 hour release works well for me as opposed to a post-workout fast type Whey or super slow Casein protein. I have one before work and one when I get home. There is a very slight puff of powder when you dump it in a cup or bottle but it’s not at all any kind of huge ordeal. My girlfriend even likes the taste of the Cookies & Cream so I don’t know what some other reviewers are talking about regarding chalky/bad taste. I prefer the taste and results of the Phase8 Cookies & Cream over every other protein powder I’ve tried- (Phase 8 Chocolate (didn’t mix well), Optimum Nutrition Cookie Dough Casein (too slow), Muscle Milk Cookies & Cream (lots of heavy metals in it apparently), GNC Chocolate Whey (just not that good)).

I almost didn’t buy this because of the negative reviews
but I did and glad I did.
Someone call it like “sawdust” after mixing. That is so far off.
I almost believe some of these bad reviews are from some competitor.
The taste is great. One scoop mixes very well in 8 to 10 oz of water.
Did not have any gas or discomfort after using this product.
