    I’ve been following a paleo diet for quite some time now. The only problem is that I’m a pretty uncreative guy that doesn’t have much time to experiment. So I end up usually eating the same meals every week (and sometimes for every meal).

    Fortunately, if you’ve got a slow cooker, you can easily make these simple recipes (doesn’t require much ingredients or prep) but turn out delicious!

    I’d highly recommend this if you’re looking to spice up your relationship with the Paleo diet.

    If you like slow cooking and are into the paleo diet then this is the perfect book for you. If you are new to the paleo diet then have no worries, the basics are explained at the beginning, however, if you are new to the slow cooking then just keep in mind that the dishes will take hours to be ready. These recipes are very tasty, they are divided by categories like breakfast, dinner, snacks soups, etc. The one I tried was the Moroccan chicken since I love chicken and it would be a new taste for me in that style. You can check the time it will take to cook at the bottom of each recipe, it is good to check how long it will have to cook for first.
