    Wow, seeing the list of all the food out there that’s harmful to your body absolutely blew me away! I’ll be honest and say that you’ll cringe at the very start of this–eating strictly “caveman style” did not sound good to me (at all), and neither did taking grains, sugar (all but the natural kind from fruit), salt, and every pasta dish I love out of my diet. That is, until I got to the list of slow cooker recipes! I could chow down the “Thanksgiving Stew” and “Breakfast Pie” right now! And there are a TON to choose from.

    The majority of these dishes are creative, mouthwatering, and exciting…and that’s how I felt when just reading through them! For once, I’m kind of looking forward to starting a diet, and the more I learn about Paleo recipes, the more I honestly believe I can make this kind of lifestyle change–especially with this kind of resource to access. Just don’t forget to have a slow cooker on hand!

    I’ve read a lot of books on the Paleo diet recently, and this one goes a step further in the end, providing some great motivational videos. Just click on one of the many links, and someone is there to help lead the way. Bravo!

    If you’re a slow cooker fan like me, then you will love this ebook. I’m a paleo manic and just need to keep my recipes constantly changing, new and creative. It’s full of some wonderful recipes that work for the paleo diet.. I can’t wait to try them all. I am so keeping this ebook as a resource! All the recipes look scrumptious and I love using of herbs, spices and aromatics. This does not appear to be a book for people who like bland food. My Favorite Recipes are Spicy Fish and Tomato Shrimp Curry and I can’t wait to go to the market and buy some ingredients. My Husband is a health conscious person and he eating raw and tasteless foods is ok with him, but with this recipes are simply a knock-out! This book is PACKED with great recipes! With the rush in daily life, it’s really easy to lose sight of staying healthy, and while the “fast” options are nearly always the most unhealthy, this book has some great recipes in it that only take minutes to throw in a slow cooker. Some books are very strict and don’t allow any room for other ingredients or foods. But the Author helps explain there are meals that are semi-Paleo and meals that bend some of the Paleo rules. He still provides recipes that are delicious and still nutritious. As someone new to the Paleo movement I found this book extremely helpful.

    I’ve always loved my slow cooker and since I started eating Paleo I haven’t touched it. I figured I wouldn’t be able to really use it anymore and just kind of ignored it. I was hunting for some Paleo resources and came across this book and was so excited!

    I love slow cooking, not only is the food delicious, I don’t have to do much of anything! I just toss it all in and walk away until dinner time. Love this book and recommend it to anyone who loves slow cooking and paleo!
