    If you’ll think of it, people from long time ago are healthier than the people in this modern world, a huge impact is because of their diet and lifestyle. Having a good food habit is one of most important steps to becoming healthy, followed by exercise and a timely sleeping routine. I myself is not a healthy eater and I am getting bigger and bigger probably due to my food intake and lifestyle, I finally decided to look for guides on how to live healthy by starting on my diet and I found this book. This book explains why Paleo diet is better than any other diet that will only tell you to starve yourself or eat once a day. Also it will give you an idea on the food that are allowed on Paleo diet and what is not, how this diet will benefit you and why it should be followed. An example of a Paleo diet for a single day in this book is also a great help!
