  1. HOLY SNAP – when I started watching this video, I had no idea you guys were
    affiliated with Julian Bakery (which I just heard of 3 weeks ago to order
    coconut wraps!) thanks for your wraps, they’re awesome! Plus I totally
    agree – I have an auto-immune condition (Crohn’s) and it put me in
    remission, got me off meds, and has kept me out of the hospital with no
    flares or pain or any other problems. Paleo is a LIFE SAVER.

    Cordain describes the importance of exercise and a Paleo Diet that is low
    in sugar and carbohydrates as was found in nature. Following this sort of
    Paleo Diet template is the fastest way to shed weight. Dr. Cordain explains
    in this interview the dangers of honey and other Paleo sugars as they wreck
    blood sugar and are to be avoided as they are similar to high fructose corn
    syrup.

    The original humans were naturally lean and had six packs Dr. Cordain says
    in this interview as they ate a diet that was legume free, grain free, and
    dairy free. The Paleo Diet was low carb in nature and low in sugar which
    promoted an anti-inflammatory state within the body. This is why many
    popular athletes and people with autoimmune issues follow a Paleo Diet.

    comes to saying legumes should be apart of a Paleo template. Dr. Cordain
    talks in depth on why legumes have no part in a Paleo Diet and backs this

    and sugar recipes that is stalling consumers of these recipes or possibly
    causing weigh gain instead of weight loss.
