    Very impressive e-book! It was a good, well-balanced synopsis of the Paleo Diet. This e-book is a great starter guide in several ways. It included a history of our cultural eating patterns and the consequences that have happened to us once we strayed from Paleo eating. She gives a very comprehensive over view of the theory behind Paleo. The author includes really good hearty and healthy recipes to help you switch into tasty Paleo eating, as well as how to set up your kitchen to go Paleo. This is NOT just another book about Paleo, but it really is an ultimate guide! If you are going to get an e-book about Paleo, I really recommend this one.

    I collect Paleo Diet books and since I switched to our ancestors paleo diet more than a decade ago I felt with much more energy, great mood and enjoyed excellent health. I was surprised by Sofia Lewis book. It brings new angles and information in a great way. For example I loved the section where she explains the evolution of human diet, that started million of years ago and it’s detailed steps. The emphasis she gives to the arrival of paleo-diet as the age when our ancestors grew their brains and developed the smart brains we have today was for me a wake up call. We would not have the intelligent brains we enjoy now as humans if we had remained vegetarians. Human intelligence, which is the essence of what been human is all about, and that enables ourselves to be self conscious and as a consequence, the ability to love knowing that we love, is due to eating meat, that enables our brains to be what they are. This is a book that dispels gently and based in facts and science many misconceptions about what eating meat is about. For me reading this book was realizing the biological reason of the miracle of being human: the paleo diet that made possible our amazing brains! If there is a way to health, great mood, great energy and longevity, it is in what I’m concerned paleo-diet. Read this book. Its a great book.

    Paleo diet is getting famous these days and I have few friends who follow Paleo diet and recipes almost every day. I also got inspired by them so I bought this book for healthy living and losing excess weight too. In this book you will learn everything about the Paleo Diet. This book has got different delicious recipes that we can consume every day for healthy living. The given diets are easy to prepare and less time consuming; most important is the given recipes are cheaper and healthier. One of the best recipe from this book is Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce which was really delicious. The instructions were really easy to understand and follow. I recommend this book to those who want to live a healthier life and wants to lose some excess weight too. Recommended.
