    This is hands down the most visually appealing kindle book I have read for one, second the content is great. It gives a good explanation of what the paleo diet is about which is always great for those that are not familiar with it. You will be able to learn what to avoid, what you can eat and a whole variety of recipes to try. The recipes have the serving information, and nutritional values which is great. I also like how the ingredients are listed on top so you know what to get right away before you even get to see how much of each which helped me realized what I was missing when I tried to make the omelet.

    This a perfect book for a newbie to the whole Paleo diet idea and works just as well for the person who knows all about it. It is stuffed with info that walks the uninitiated through the steps of learning and has enough information that even the old hand will learn a thing or two. It has tons of recipes and even veggie ideas for those who do not eat meat.
