    This book, written by Jessie Atkers is what I am finding for! I want to know another way of dieting. Good thing, I saw this book, I really feel blessed because I know that this book is meant for me! I really read it after I purchased it on the Amazon. I am very glad because the author shares lots of information about Paleo Diet. The ideas shared by the author are really helpful. The step by step ways on how to switch to Paleo Diet is very effective. I also found exciting recipes written in the book, Highly recommended!
