    So many books out there on Paleo diets, Paleo drinks etc etc. How do we ever know if they’re safe diets? How do we know if we should be doing the diets according to the author? So read this book and see for yourself. Then I encourage you to make your own decision accordingly! A well worth the read book. Thanks!

    I have read so many diet books, all of them being the best at the diet that they are describing.
    I’m glad I found one that cna explain mistakes made by diets, as I alwyas think as long as I follow the tips and tricks I can’t go wrong.
    We are bombed with all sorts of advertisment, all being the best and the most healthy, being just the right ones to help you lose weight.
    So, if you simply can’t decide what food to consume to help yourself and your family, there is a simple solution..go on Paleo diet.
    There are mistakes listed, one of the biggest is not believing that Paleo is actually healthy, believing that you will lose more than 50 pound in less than a month, not sticking to the diet to avoid this your meals have to be prepared in advance, so you will avoid processed foods..
    There is no excuse that Paleo recipes are not delicioius, book encludes recipes for vegetable and ham ealy morning frittata, creamy broccoli soup, filling bacon and spinach salad, savory turkey patties..All recipes include ingredients and directions to prepare.
    Who can say these are not tasty?

    Having a clear understanding of the foods you can eat while eating Paleo will help you design your daily meal plan. Always remember to keep things simple when preparing a meal. The more complicated it is, the less Paleo it’s likely to be. By keeping it simple you keep it clean and free of additives and chemicals that many meals in our society are full of. With that in mind, here is a list of foods you can enjoy. Use it as a guide, realizing that no list of Paleo foods is entirely complete, it has nice simple recipes to work with. This book has amazing value I would encourage people to read this book.
