    Losing weight and being healthier is a desire of pretty much everyone. However, finding the best diet is difficult when there are hundreds of different diets out there to consider. After reading this book, I’ve learned more about the Paleo Diet and have cleared away all misconceptions I’ve had before I learned how beneficial this diet is. This book is great because it explains exactly what a Paleo Diet is and why it is beneficial. It was especially interesting to learn that the Paleo Diet, also known as the Paleolithic Diet, represents all the food humans used to eat before there were processed foods and other foods that are not good for our health. This book contains tons of delicious recipes for quick and healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, soups, and even different kinds of beverages. If you are looking for a book to teach you more about the Paleo Diet and to help you eat the correct foods, then this book is for you!

    The book contained some contradictions and didn’t agree with others I have read. There are better books out there, keep looking.

    When it comes to any kind of weight loss or healthy diet most people will think that when they attempt it, they will suffer some kind of deprivation.

    After reading this book, it is clear that this is not the case when using this paleo diet. You can easily use the information inside to tailor a diet that is sustainable for the long term. As someone that believes in fitness and a healthy lifestyle, I think that this type of long term planning is the only way to go.

    I was surprised to see plenty of great recipes in here that fit into the paleo lifestyle; Garlic chicken with pulled pork barbeque, sautéed shrimp with tomatoes, caveman choco coco almond treat, brownies and there are some ice creams too. (There are plenty more!) I was very impressed in the amount of variation on the recipes and it was great to see so many sweet options. (Not something that I had imagined I would find on buying the book)
    All in all a great guide with plenty of background information on the Paleo lifestyle
