    This book is one of the Paleo books that I’ve read which I really liked. It started off with Paleo diet history then explained the myths about it which greatly give enlightenment to my misconceptions about it. I also liked the part where it suggests foods that must be eaten and not eaten, all of which will be a helpful reminder for me to choose which foods could greatly improve my health. Overall, this book is a good read especially to health conscious people out there!
