    With lots of diet books I’ve read and different diet plans I tried and I failed, but when I read about this Ketogenic Diet it gives me the boost to try a new diet plan one more time. This book gives the guidance on how to lose weight and burn fats without you depriving of yourself of the fat foods. One thing about dieting is avoiding foods that we love to eat, but with this book it gives the “right conception” of the “wrong conception” of eating foods with fat can really gain weight fast so we must avoid them as well. With this Ketogenic Diet it provides the idea that with proper amount of fatty foods to eat we can actually eat them and it get rids of our fear of eating foods high in fats.

    The 7-Day Meal plan included in this book is also very helpful as we will know what foods to prepare and eat from breakfast to lunch as for beginners. The 7-Day Meal plan is made easy which included the ingredients and the preparations. There’s a do’s and dont’s that provide information of the right foods to eat while on Ketogenic Diet. Don’t forget to scroll on the last page there’s even a “Free Bonus”.

    Ketogenic Diet is for beginners and to those who has epilepsy, it can help also to convert your fats into fuel. To those people who fear fat, this book fits them right because there are so many things they could learn from this book. From what I’ve learned fat is nothing to be feared of because fats cant make you fat but sugar or carbs does. This book has it all that you need to help you lose weight and to be a healthy person like every tips that this book has is very useful. Especially the kind of food that you’re going to eat you would learn from it and I myself is amazed because I have learned so many tips to it that I can apply to myself to live a healthy life. The part that I like the most is that this book has a proper procedure to follow and a proper amount of fatty foods to eat and there is also a meal plan that you need to follow and this can help a lot of people to achieve a healthy life.
