    This book is not bad, but not fantastic. In this book I have found 34 delicious recipes. Healthy eating and low carbohydrate diet are difficult to monitor, but this book is helpful and i have found some of my question’s answer from this book. In this book I have learned a healthy diet details, guidelines and its meals.
    My wife is a good cooker and my friend had suggested me about this book. Though I am not satisfied, but I am happy. After reading this book I have learned some new recipes that are easy to make specially most of them need 15 minutes or less. If you are looking for a quick snack and good meal, then I think this book is perfect for you. In this book I have found some quick and easy recipes like cabbage on the grill, chicken, yummy pasta salad, Spanish omelet, simple lemon herb chicken, etc. Nowadays we have lots of options to lose our weight but I think the perfect diet plan is essential for every step.

    I have been trying to lose weight for some weeks now. I have tried a lot of ideas and read a lot of books about the perfect diet, but they didn’t work. This is really a very informative book about Keto Diet. The book explains what keto diet is, which is very beneficial to beginners. They the book proceeded in relating keto diet to weight loss. The author also provides few recipe that can be followed while following the diet. The recipes have clear instructions and are easy to follow. If you are willing to follow the Keto diet then this book will help for you especially for beginners.

    I have read a few Ketogenic diet cookbooks and I can safely say that this is one of the cleanest book written on the subject. Very informative, comprehensive and never missing a bit. One of the very few books that informs readers very well before going into the list of all recipes.I like that it’s written with a personal touch other than just giving information like what most of Diet books do. This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to feel fantastic, increase your energy levels and look amazing, all without the restrictions of faddy diets and endless exercise. And this book will able to help you to understand the processes of a Ketogenic Diet and the benefits which can be gained from it. Lastly, this book provides different recipes that can be followed by the readers of this book. The author did a great job.
