    This zip very inspiring to me mentally and physically. It really gives me confidence now and D. James Smiths is amazing at what he does. It even sys it in the name The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide and it really is when I first got the book it gave me so much information I thought I was a pro after reading five minutes of it.
