I have to wonder if this author has actually made some of these recipes. You cannot substitute a regular gf flour for an almond or coconut flour. Almond doesn’t absorb liquids, coconut absorbs TONS of liquids. Agave is not paleo. There are a lot of things that make me question some of the recipes….

This book had some good ideas but not all the ingredients were paleo.
It also had allergy free recipes that includes butter and eggs
Used cornflakes for a few recipes.
Forgot ingredients in a few recipes.
I gave it this rating because I think it was poorly done.

These recipes seem ok in a general sense, but the book is playing fast and loose in the gluten and dairy free departments. You’ll find cheese in the hummus [beans aren't really paleo, either], and a number of recipes with non-wheat grains.

Otherwise, the recipes are pretty good, and some can be modified to personal taste and intent. Overall, these recipes with win hands-down over Lunchables for kids’ lunches. Also, I like the fact that a photo for every recipe is included and the formatting is good. The table of contents is hyperlinked, so it’s very easy to use the book.
