  1. I made the chicken salad shown here today and I loved it! I’ll definitely
be making it again! I’ve been ill lately and it left me feeling very
nourished :) . I love your videos you have such a sweet way with you ♥

  2. Great meal ideas. Yours is the best channel I have come across in a long
time. I am on Paleo because of a hereditary chronic illness that both my 2
sons and I have and watching your channel I feel glad that we can eat this
    way.

  3. I wish I could live a paleo lifestyle but I still live with my family and
it’s so difficult to have the rest of my family comprise eating healthier
with me cause their so used to processed food!

  4. I am not much of a veggie/fruit eater, but your videos make me want to try
these foods – especially the strawberries and chicken recipes. Great work,
thank you for your hard work. God bless, be well :)

  5. I’ve been watching your videos and your dishes look so colorful and so
tasty it’s as if I can eat them through the screen I can’t wait to try
    making them

  6. I was really very nice sharing. Thank you very much for the useful
    information that you provide.
Paleolithic diet (also called the caveman diet, Stone Age hunter-gatherer
diet, or diet), living in the Paleolithic era, including within the modern
food that people eat consists in feeding the wild plants and animals. One
of the most important elements of the diet is to avoid foods without the
Paleolithic time. For example, processed animal products (butter, milk,
yoghurt, etc.), Wheat products, legumes, refined oils (vegetable oil, corn
oil, canola oil, margarine, etc.) And some of the refined sugar thereof.
After the Paleolithic diet in 2010, has become the fad diet of the 21st
century. However, dietitians and doctors have also criticized the
Paleolithic diet as each new diet. You can find more information about the
Paleo Diet and Paleo Diet Food Varieties from the link below.

diet, i do too and for the rest will follow paleo! cheers to us :)

  8. This looks good and it will help me, with my eating, can you write the
recipes down in the box, if you can, I would like to write them down, so I
can go buy it, thanks for sharing

  9. I feel like you’re one of those people who isn’t appreciated enough. What I
mean is that I think a lot of people will be wishing they had watch,
listened, and followed you in years from now. lol. Great meals. One of my
problems is that I have three very small children who have a hard time
eating things like salad etc. They like and eat veggies, but I can’t feed
    it to them uncooked.

  10. omg this all looks so good!! i’m hungry now haha, id love it you checked
    out my channel =)

  11. Hello! My hubby and I have recently turned into paleo/primal blueprint
lifestyle and in only a few weeks we have seen the benefits of these
changes on our waist lines, energy levels and skin! I wanted to tell you
